blender 2.5 training dvd

I am working for a few years with blender 2.49 now I want to switch to blender 2.5.
I find the transition from version 2.49 to 2.5 pretty big.
Does anybody now a good blender 2.5 training dvd for me.

I find blendercookies offer for a download-only purchase to expensive.

Blender Cookie training DVD is great, and for intermediate level stuff CG Masters has some excellent stuff.
