Blender 2.62 only renders one object. What did I do wrong?

I’m using the new Blender 2.62, and in an older file it only renders one object (all the others won’t show up).
What did I do wrong? I must have selected something by mistake but I can’t figure it out.

I’m attaching the file.

Look in an outliner window. Many of the objects have renderability disabled (the camera icon greyed out). Mouse click the camera icon to toggle renderability back on
