Blender 2.63 - Bones Moving Way Too Fast

I asked a more nooby question before, now I know more but I have a problem again and I need you awesome people.

Now, when I click on an armature and try to rotate it it moves incredibly fast(like really really Usain Bolt fast).

Can you people tell me what my problem is? Thank you. :slight_smile:

Okay, that’s fixed but now the legs are broken. :frowning: Can anybody help me with that? Thanks. :slight_smile:

PS: I updated the .blend file.

Check the vertexGroups/Weight Paint. There aren’t set correctly.
