Blender 2.78 maybe install windows error or bug.

I got some errors from last Blender 3D version 2.78 windows 64b.
I try to install over older Blender 3D version 2.78 RC2 windows 64b.
First come with SDL lib error . I used repair and .msi .
When the Blender 3D - version 2.78 windows 64b starts come with this under command line:

Read new prefs: C:\Users\GeorgeCatalin\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.78\config\userpref.blend
AL lib: (EE) UpdateDeviceParams: Failed to set 48000hz, got 44100hz instead

addon not found: 'UvSquares-master'
addon not found: 'space_view3d_screencast_keys'
addon not found: 'makeclothes'
addon not found: 'io_import_scene_mhx'
addon not found: 'maketarget'
addon not found: 'makewalk'

Seem don’t see my old addons but know was into last Blender 3D.
Maybe some users have same problems…

I got the same error - used to repair the SDL lib error. Than i went to the directory : Users/*yourcomputer/Appdata/Roaming/Blender-Foundation/Blender/2.77 i copied the addons folder to 2.78 Folder in the same directory and the issue was fixed. Have a nice day

I fix with repait button from uninstall. Can also fix with another install. I’m not sure is a bug. Maybe is install application. The good part is working.
