Hello, so far I tried to run 32 bit blender with BlenderKit, but only on 32 bit machine, and eveyrthing worked as expected. If I get to someone who still has a 32bit OS, I will try again to see if I can reproduce the error. Sorry for not fixing this, but I’m simply not sure what is happening - the bug seems like a possible python version conflict, that doesn’t have much to do with BlenderKit. You can try to write in the python console in blender only this line -
import json
and try if it throws the error. If yes, it means we can’t really do anything on the side of BlenderKit, since there is a problem with the Python installation.
