Blender 2.8 - Color Management issue

I don’t know what I do or did wrong but I can’t find any color in color management anymore.
Whatever I do in Layout, Modeling, Edit Mode or Object Mode, if I add a plane or a cube, the only presets I see are :

Display device: sRGB
View Transform: Filmic
Look: none
Exposure: 0.000
Gamma: 1.000
Sequencer: sRGB
and so on

By the way, I could select Eevee in the upper right corner of the scene, it has disappeared too… Am I just tired? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
