The EEVEE developments definitely look awesome, as showcased by theTree Creature video. But does the “halo” like effect around the character bother anybody else? You can really see them here where the appendages are:
Is that the “Bloom” effect? I’ve been seeing it in many EEVEE videos and it makes the image feel cheap, as if somebody just literally overlaid parts of the image with a partially transparent, blurred-out copy of the image instead of feeling like a glow. Everything else feels great.
