Blender 2.8 error

2.7 was buggy as hell on my computer, I was hoping 2.8 would work better. I downloaded and installed. All I get is this error message

I am running win 7.

well for starters blender 2.8 does not have a game engine.

version 2.79 you need

I did not realize that. 2.7 was buggy on my system. I guess I will stick to the older version that I have been using. Why did they stop? The GE was my favorite part.
