New features for #Blender 2.81. Transform with new options like affects only Parents, Location and Origins. Also axis mirror is new in edit mode.
Ahem… Affect Only Locations is not at all for disallowing scaling or rotating. It’s an old feature that was in Blender for ages. With it you can scale or rotate one or multiple objects around some pivot, without affecting those objects Scale or Rotation properties.
