Blender 2.82 vs 2.79 bones extrusion differences

Hi, I have been revisiting old projects and I am rigging an old model, I have noticed differences when extruding bones, mainly after you have rotated in edit mode, i.e. Add a bone in front ortho, enter edit mode, select body, rotate x, select Tip and extrude it.


As You can see, in the left side, the bone looks rotated even when the base and the tip are at the same location, and in the left it looks straight, my question is if that rotation affects the animation, and If I can reenable the X at the base and the tip of the bones, Thank You very much.
