Blender 2.9 crashed and unable to start (unsupported graphic card)

so i was just working on my project while browsing the net, and when I alt+tab back to blender 2.9 it crashed. i thought I would just start it up again so I force closed it. but when I try to restart blender it shows me this

now I cant start it up again, and I am afraid if I reinstall it I would lose my project autosave

anyone can help?

(I didn’t turn off or restart the computer in the process)

You won’t lose the autosave.
Ever since they started coming out with new versions of Blender every other week (exaggeration), I found myself just installing the newer version without removing the previous.
You can find your autosave directory and move the file to your desktop to be safe, but it seems like a reinstall is your best bet.
