Blender 2.93 Freezes when rendering in optix mode

Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: RTX 3070

Blender Version
Broken: 2.93 LTS
Worked: 2.92

And when I render in cycles with optix blender freezes.
Even it freezes when I preview in viewport.
My drivers are up to date and even tried resetting Blender to factory settings. Non is working so far.

Are you using 2.93 GPU rendering for the first time? If so, please wait for a period of time, maybe 10 minutes. Do not click on it until the first GPU rendering is completed, and then you can switch
