Hey everyone, I just wanted to share one of the add-ons I have been developing, The Text Tool Add-on. It’s a simple add-on that helps speed up our workflow when adding text to the 3DView.
In this Update (version 1.02) there are two new additions.
“Auto Italic” - will shear the text to give it an Italic look.
The Other addition is, the Typewriter / Scrolling Text Effect - Simply select any text object you want the animation to be applied to, then set the Start Frame and Duration. The add-on will then do the rest of the work.
