is ther a plug in or a way to save files from blender to import into swift 3d, or a plugin that will convert a blender file to a .3ds file. any help would be great.

Well, I think theres an export script out there somewhere.
If you cant find the exact script, look for OBJ Export python script, from there you can use something like Crossroads ( its a file converter) to convert OBJ to 3DS. Unless someone else knows another way…thats what Iv’e been doing anyways.

You should ask in the Python forum for an export to 3DS. I heard that there’s a good one but haven’t tried it myself.
