Blender application is running very slow

Good day! I’m having problems with my blender application on my ASUS rog GL553vw, I installed the application and when I open it the application is unusable for it’s very slow response. I used blender before with my older laptop which has a GT525m GPU and low - medium specs and Its working fine. I do not understand why it is very slow with my new and more powerful laptop. did anyone experienced this ? thanks in advance.

I also get this message when I launch the application.

thanks pavelsimana. it worked, but do you know why it is not working if the chosen GPU is the NVIDIA GTX?

Sorry, I had not yet time for testing older version of blender or older version of Nvidia drivers on win 10.
