Blender Artists Needed

I am creating a little game to enhance the role play potential on my chat site. I can code all day long, but if someone were to say “render me a flower or die” … welp …

I am looking for a few talented artists that would be interested in rendering a few character images for me. The size of these images would be no larger than 400 pixels wide by 600 pixels tall. It could be just a front view, or if you wanted to add a camera so that it could be viewed from any angle, that would be cool too.

I am a one person business, and I’m doing this for the pure learning experience. I have looked at Blender, and some of the tutorials and I honestly just don’t get it. So I’m here and inquiring with the talented masses. I’m happily willing to pay for each render done. If any are interested please send me an email … admin@minoguetech.com … or post here.

Wow … 85 different people have viewed this thread and not one person has replied. I was told that this was the definitive place to obtain talented people who were familiar with Blender.

I have to use Blender because it’s one of the only applications that I know of that will export to .xsi files and that is what I need for the engine that I am using.

Is there not one person who is willing to give a new person a chance, and take a gamble? I am more than willing to provide an upfront deposit to an artist to show that I am very serious about paying for sevices rendered. That this wouldn’t be a one time deal either, there will be opportunities for multiple additional work requests.

I have an entire world to build, characters that need to be created, very unique animals that don’t actually exist except in textual descriptions, and over 100 cities that need to be built.

Help? Please?
