Blender cloud subscription renewal issues

Greetings. I have a Blender cloud subscription that has been working fine for a few months. I haven’t been able to renew it for almost a month, and now that I want to re-activate it this is what I get:



I’d appreciate it if someone could help me with this.


If I were you I’d report a bug. Can’t do it myself as I can’t reproduce it.
Make sure to add “blender cloud” to the tags
