Blender crashes on moving through frames?

Hey everyone,

I thought I’d try and make a cool little animation to a song I really like. So I made all the assets in blender (objects, characters), rigged what needed to be rigged, set up two small cloth simulations and prepared the node system.
But here’s my problem: When I insert a keyframe, all goes well. Then I move to the next frame and poof, blender crashes. I tried this in solid, as well as bounding box view, and I’ve tried hiding every object that isn’t directly needed. The keyframe is placed within a rig/ on a bone. Can anyone help me out here please? =\

Here’s some hardware specs:
Mac Pro - OSX 10.5.6 processor
2x 2.8 GHZ Quad-Core Intel Xeon
2GB 800 MHZ DDR2 FB-DIMM memory
ATI Radeon HD 2600 video card

In short: I don’t think it’s the computer, but who knows… Any tips or work-arounds would be appreciated, as I was just getting to the fun part of making the animation… animating

could you upload the .blend file?

Did you bake them before moving along the timeline? If not then you need to bake them.

Koontz, I owe you one! Thanks for the replies to both! =)
