From Blender 2.64, the program crashes when I use multitexture and then I press P.
I have Windows 7 and nvida gt220. I’ve tried updating the driver (310.70), but I get an error when installing with “PhysX 9.12.1031” and I can not update it. I do not know if physX could be the cause.
True: I change to GLSL and back to Multitexture and no crash anymore. In any case, Blender should never crash.
These textures work in 2.63a. And this happens with others characters I have downloaded.
Come to think of it Blender has to use all the little things on a computer. Maybe the computer in question can’t handle multi-texture and when transferred it just remembers that it can’t until you change it. Just an idea…
Tested with Blender 2.64a and it crashed. And oddly, yes, changing the texture mode did indeed fix the issue. I think something might have changed a bit between 2.64 and 2.65 - it seems that a lot of people have been noticing their textures disappearing. I’ve also noticed my textures being glitched from time to time, but reloading the blend file usually fixes the issue.
