Blender crashing (On Second Start, On Circle Color Picker)

I’ve tried Blender 2.49, I installed it, worked on it for a while, and when I tried to start it again it crashed. The same happens with 2.5 Alpha (1,2). The only thing I see that doesn’t fit is that after crashing the blender executable file in 2.5 is smaller in size, and after I replace it, the program works just fine… I’m kinda sick of replacing the file every time I start the program… Any help ? P.S I’ve tried lowering the Hardware Acceleration.

Update: Now I caught up on what the command line said: “- floating point not supported”…
This error has shown up on other applications as well, I don’t know what it is…

Oh, and Blender also crashes when I pick a color using the circle color picker, but it has no problem when using the square one…

Please help, I can’t use 3DSMax so Blender is the only option…

Are you saying that blender.exe is changing size? The .exe should never change size. If it is, then you probably have a virus. That’s what I would suspect if I had .exe files changing size.

As far as the color picker crash goes, get a newer build of Blender 2.5 from graphicall because this bug has been fixed.
