I am not sure whether this is the right forum to ask a blender development question, but would like to know the blender source files for image transformation as such as scaling (linear, bilinear, cubic) or resizing functions. Do we have code for these image transformations in blender currently and what are the blender source files concerning these functions.
If this is not the forum to post this question, kindly help me to find one.
