Hi all, I have a Blend file (Blender 2.49b) with a cloth, and a number of animated collision objects. Through gravity the cloth falls down, interacting with the collision objects on its way. I have two machines, one Intel Dual core, one AMD 4 core. Why does the same animation behave differently one the two machines ? Why does a change or an additional piece of animation on one of the collision objects (not involved in the fall of the cloth) change the behavior of the cloth ? Any help appreciated Blended99
I remember noticing the same thing. The core count affects the animation. I guess it is a 2.49 bug that will never be fixed.
Just move on to 2.5 and forget about it. Or only use one machine, the fast one!
