Does anyone know how to get the pictures in the pdf file to be smaller?
They do not fit on the page.

hmm… doesnt happen to me…
what is the resolution of your screen? use the usual 1024X768 pixels
also, just try to zoom out usin [control]+[-]

The online document was layed out that way. I’m not sure why. You can’t modify the images in a .pdf file.
The book has correctly printed images.
