Blender does not shown the menu

Hello,

when i use windows 7, blender had no problem, but after i install windows 8.1, blender doasn’t shown the menu. side, top, bottom menu looks just blank.

i tried to solve this problem, but i couldn’t. why blender menu looks blank? and how to solve it?

Blender uses OpenGL for the UI. Most likely you don’t have a proper graphics driver for your card installed.
