I am looking for someone to do various 3D work for me. I would prefer you use blender only because I already have some blender files that you can use as a template, unless you have similar template files in another 3D product.
Project:
Introduction – I convert shipping containers. The shipping container needs many improvements made to it before it reaches the customer. We build roof, sometimes we build cladding or walls on the outside, we build a complete new room on the inside which includes floor, walls and roof using wooden stud frames. In addition to all of this, there is ventilation, power, lights, door, and sometimes cabinets and desks. There are other technologies like drywall, rubber underlay etc.

I need an existing blender file (or equivalent in another product) of a basic shipping container to be converted and added to with the above components. -
I want the whole container to be converted into a 3D animation so that users can view the whole product on my website, inside and out by clicking their mouse on various parts of the build. -
I want the container to be placed in various scenes (houses) and high resolution photos to be made showing the product.
There will be other things I will want to be completed but this is a good start.
Can you provide the deliverables I have listed above? How long will it take you to complete these tasks and how much?
