Blender Exported Animation Deformations, Help Please.

Hi, I am an amateur Blender user and i got into this indie Video game development team, they asked me for models and animations and I have completed them. However we seem to have stumbled across a few problems, we have a character that I made modeled animated and textured which is ready to be used in game but when I export it using the ogre mesh exporter the animation gets messed up. some parts of the body just go crazy. here is an example of what happens in the engine

I thought i could fix it in blender and though it looks fine in blender, when I grab the mesh itself and move it away from he skeleton the same distortion happens and in the same area, so I’m guessing that if i fix this problem inside of blender, then when I export it the problem will be gone in visual 3d, which is the program were using. here is the problem when I found it in blender.

I tried all the suggestions the exporter’s help gave me but none of it bore any fruit. I’ve been reading these forums for a while now and i was hoping that i could find the answer to my problem here, thanks in advance.

=========EDIT; Never mind i fixed it, took me a day though ill put the fix here for others, what i had to do was delete the skeleton, and take the mesh, press n for transform properties. then make all location values 0, while making size all 1. After that was done what i proceeded to do after was selecting the mesh, then press Shift+s cursor to selection, then held the right click down to add armature, here is the most important part; do not move the armature in anyway in object mode, because its automatically the same setting as the mesh on transform values you need those to be the same for exporter to export animations correctly. so i used the edit move to remake armature, and after i had finished animating and exported using ogre no problems were seen in visual 3d.
I hope this helps a lot of people with the same problem.
