Where is the official blender feature request tracker?
I know about the bug tracker, but where do I submit feature requests/suggestions/feedback?

You may also use the forum search, whn working, as this subject has been discussed many times.
Short answer: No request tracker. Devs are too busy. Code it yourself or pay someone to do it.
