I’m starting to work on the script for uploading. One quick question: Why don’t we set up a support ticket system so that users can post / reply.
Or, I already have a forum, and I could just add another board so that users can upload files and post isses.
My general thought is that after a user uploads a file, we will want to have some kind of contact with them afterwards (to gather more info, etc) So that a simple file upload wouldn’t be enough. That is why I am leaning towards a forum - type. Let me know what you think. I’m sure that there is something on sourceforge that we can use.
<edit> Maybe the mantis bugtracker? I set it up for a company I used to work for and it would give the control / feedback needed </edit>
