Why is it that when objects are created in Blender render, all of the details of the objects disappear in the switch to Blender Game?
They don’t when I just tested it so it must be something to do with your particular scene. Unfortunately you have not supplied an example .blend file for other users to review
That simple thing will prevent those helpful users who may want to help you, wasting their precious time trying to guess what you are talking about
I guess you are running the bge in multitexture mode. Try switching to glsl in render tab, this should give you the same result in game engine as in the viewport.
What is more - do you use particle systems? Particle systems aren’t supportend in BGE yet, but the plans of BGE includes this feature as it is quite requested.
