Blender GLSL Materials?

In 2.6 where is Blender GLSL Materials setting for viewing real time texture?

Press N, in the Display panel select GLSL from the shading drop down

Why isn’t GLSL selectable from the header? Why is it so discriminated? Just wondering.

Hummm, when I add simple test texture to object than selecting GLSL under Shading with Textured display in 3D view window still don’t give me dynamic texturing. When I render it in separate window, applied texture is rendered. What am I mission here?
