Update RizomUV, it will work, I had this error with version ending with .049

Нey, I yesteday updated RizomUV to last verstion and errors no more.

Suggestion:

Add and option of automatically assigning “smoothing groups” from UV island borders after sending from UV layout back to Blender.

I just bought your addon. When i select an object in blender and press “Send to Riziomuv”, blender freezes and in terminal i have:

When i click on “Send to Riziomuv”. Blender freezes RizomUV it does not open.

I noticed in log what you sent this :

You have some network paths, try to assign clean material without textures.

B2RUVL updated to v010:

Fixed MultiUV function for RizomUV:

  1. Fixed order of UVchannels after RizomUV

  2. Now when MultiUV function enabled New/Edit modes and channel selector do not take any effect
    on sending parameters

    So better to enable MultiUV function in preferences and enjoy using only send button and forget about channel selector and modes tweaking.

  3. The naming of the UVmaps/channels in case of RizomUV restrictions, B2RULV automatically renames channels.

For example 4 channels:

  • UVmap.000, Mask, Details, ch4.

after bridge usage becomes:

  • ch1_UVmap_000, ch2_Mask, ch3_Details, ch4

Would it be possible to have a toggle button to turn off the headus UV layout button off in the N panel button so it only shows the Rizom uv button?

Update to version 0.1.1 :

  • UI Panel update.
    For modes New or Edit, channel selector and Send to UVLayout/RizomUV buttons visibility rules were added.

I still keep running into the issue where I’ve got a mirror modifier on an object and it sends it just fine to Rizom, I spend all this time UV mapping, I save the model and it sends it back to Blender but none of the changes are there because of the modifier. I really wish it would give a warning or apply the modifier or something first. :frowning: I keep wasting so much time having to redo things twice.

Hi there, i will add an option use modifiers or not. Update will be soon, for now please apply all modifiers before sending mesh to rizomuv.
