well, just wanted to tell you,
Blender is now officially installed on Helsinki City Library’s multimedia machines.
next, I try to prepare some Getting started-guides (in finnish)
and perhaps simple tutorials. let’s see if we can get those people blend.
I have been trying very hard on advertising Blender, and looks like our little app is finally pulling through…

Cool. Only if it were 3 years ago. Then I could of come seen it when I was in Finland for a week. Except that I probably couldn’t find it because I don’t speak a word of finnish. Well the only finnish I remember is kiitos and the beer commercial (i think) with the dog waiving his tail one way when a guy said “iso pullo” holding the big beer bottle out and his tail the other way when he held out the small beer bottle out. He said something that started with a p but I don’t remember anymore. It’s been too long. I know a couple other things but I don’t know how they are spelled. Finland is great. I wanna go back some time.

Lol, I also teach around 12 people on my school how to use blender. It’s so funny to see them making .blends. I even teach someone how to use the game engine, and now he’s trying all the time to make a game. Maybe if oure school has an open day, I’ll demonstrate blender, and let people see what a free opensource 3D app as blender can do.
