Blender interface problem

I have the latest copy of blender + python script
OS:
Windows XP 5.1 build 2600 Service Pack 3
Graphic card Nvidia GeForce 6600 (256mb)
Memory ram 3 gb
Intel Pentium 4 processor 550
And the problem is that when ever i run it the interface screen gets blurred, this happens when the mouse hooves over them, its really annoying and is dangerous for the eye so please advice.
I have the update vcredist_x86.exe and the latest update for my Graphic Card
this is what it looks like:

Come on any one?

I’ve never seen that before, but if I had to make a guess, I’d suspect that you’re forcing the Anti-aliasing or Anisotropic filtering settings in your Nvidia panel. If so, set both to Application Controlled, and see if that helps.

Still the same problem. thaks for replying.

it’s something in your Nvidia driver setup. this is a first for me too, disable as much advanced driver and GL stuff as you can, turning off features, until you get the normal display. Contact Nvidia as well for help.

Thanks i found the problem it was something to do with the application profile i was using, after settin git to Global driver setting it worked. thanks so much guys.
