Blender Internal flickering problem

I want to ask u about rendering reflection surfaces (Mirror function) with blender internal render .
When i render the reflected surface with camera animation(only the camera is animated not the object) it give me alot of flickering .
I tried to increase the antialaising from 5 to 8 to 11 to 16 and increase the filter size to 1.5 (Maximum value) .change it to Quadratic and no much different .
Is there any other advice for me to get rid of this flickering.

are there any large shadeless objects in your scene, such as a sky dome? sometimes that can cause flickering with AO. I think the solution is to check ‘non traceable’ on the shadeless material, if that is the problem.

Try 30 fps for your animation and see if that helps.
