I cannot launch the UPBGE 2.79 Blender, I am on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS and I have a message saying that there is nothing to install to use Blender and, the shortcut sends me a message informing that execution is not authorized! I logged in as administrator to change the authorization but, the box unchecks it only! I did the test with several version download!
