Is there an official eps or ai file of the Blender logo somewhere for download? Or perhaps an object?

Thanks, I checked them out, but they’re not useful to me. One is restricted in usage and the other is uhm, not quite what I want. I guess I’ll be drawing one… 
I’m not sure that guy even has the legal authority to make such a thing restricted usage. I believe the logo is covered by the Creative Commons license, which I think means his version of the logo is also going to be CC, whether he wants to restrict it or not. He certainly doesn’t own anything like copyright for the content of that blend. If it’s not CC, then the copyright must belong to the Blender Foundation. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong here.
Why anybody would try to restrict something like this is beyond me, and I have to admit I find it a bit annoying.
Anyway, if you do make a nice logo, it would be great if you would release it properly, without the “restricted usage” BS, so that other people don’t have to create their own Blender logo every time they want to credit Blender in their projects.
I dunno, on the website, he is claiming that the materials are released under the Clender Artistic Lience which is released by blender.org. I have no time to read the entire license, but I agree with bugman_2000. This seems to be a private website and I don’t believe he has the legal right to do so.
Blender itslef is a “freely available” software, one that is defined by available at no cost according to his own license. Then why restrict the usage of the logo! Thats all BS.
