Darn. Same here.
I’ve been trying to compile the wiki into a standalone reference too, so I know how much work you must have put into this. Kudos to you.
I have only slow dialup. Using the net to constantly refer to the manual is out of the question for me. Must be a lot of people in the same position.

No - there is no pdf. I also did not produce a pdf before.
Zebulon, thank you very much for this. It has proven very useful for me in couple of occasions (me being offline most of the time)
