Blender material to 3dmax standrd material export?

Does anyone now a best approach? we have 3d max based pipeline and I’d like to find an easiest wayto share files in between.
My best result is exporting from 2.79 blender with old blender default ( not cycles , old style) materials.
They arrives as standard diffuse , normal map, spec color standard multi-materials in 3d max.

The issue is alpha as opacity and two sides checkbox in 3d max. Does anyone know a setting in Blender 2.79 default material that would translates as proper alpha and two-sided into MAx?
