Blender Nerd Rending with Audio

In this short tip I’ll explain how to render your animation to a video with audio, as well as mention a couple useful features to stabilize and improve play-back in the viewport.
A sort of summary:

  • Add your scene into the Video Sequence Editor (VSE)
  • Add your audio into the VSE
  • Line them up at frame 1
  • Choose a suitable video codec (Recommended: H.264)
  • Choose a suitable audio codec (Recommended: MP3)
  • Render animation! (Hotkey: Ctrl+F12)
