Blender no longer starts and the console is blank.

As the title states, Blender will no longer start on my laptop. The console will appear, stay blank, then close. The program was working fine a couple of days ago, aside from sometimes needing a few tries to start (but each try the console would at least have some text). The program also no longer writes a crash report. Also, when I try starting it from my command prompt, the computer acts as if the program does not exist at all.
I have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling twice and i have made sure that the program was fully deleted from my computer and registry. I have also tried restarting my computer and checking for viruses.Nothing changed in the time that it stopped working (to my knowledge).

Windows 7 Home Premium
8gigs of RAM
Radeon graphics
Pavilion dv7

I have had this happen,

I just had to shut down, and restart,

and no I don’t know why, but I think it has to do with the video card not accepting requests, as planetside 2 and fallout would not run either or fail, just hang

Unfortunately, I’ve tried that. All my games still work, as well. This includes WoW, Minecraft, Rift, Maplestory (although this runs unbearable slow lately >.>), and others.
