Blender not working on Intel i9 14900k processor
Crashing while working in viewport and also during cycles render

Have you checked your CPU’s temperatures? Which cooler are you using?
Yes Temperatures are within normal
Cpu cooler - NZXT Kraken 360mm Liquid Cooler

The hardware is just 1 day old, having issues in brand new machine and on first day of blender installation
Try only CPU in rendering settings.
The setting now seems like CPU+GPU rendering.
Its crashing foe CPU cycles rendering
Also CPU temperatures are normal

Your premise is inaccurate. Blender works well with an Intel i9 14900k processor. I am using one right now, 64 gig. Lots of storage.
No crashes based on the cpu. Blender has had some hangups but not like you describe.
I tell ya, the install of that cpu on the motherboard is funky. Mayhaps that was fudged.
