Blender on Spatial Computing (WIP)

Seriously you’re the one who in total ignorance of the math insists AR is useless and refused to dedicate the least bit of your brain to the possibiliy that perhaps there might be fundamemtal math reasons why AR has potential for DCC apps.

It was not was easy to give you examples. Seriously this is unacceptable

Well, I am sorry, I am not saying this to offend you. I am saying this because this is how it seems to me. If I misunderstood something, please, explain. Or if you don’t like me and don’t want to talk any more that’s also fine. :man_shrugging:

I really don’t see how at this point I might be misunderstanding the situation, because if you can hand draw this with XR, you can also hand draw this without XR. So I am missing the point completely.

This is why I always ignored BA. The mods were always better at keeping this crap out of the big sculpt thread so I did pay attention to that, but everywhere else is full of this kind of crap.

You cannot hand draw 3d curves with a 2d input device. We have to infer the 3d components. The least user painful approach is a proper off thread draw executor to not drop events which blender doesnt do properly, coupled with a proper curve twist solver (in 3d curves have curvature and twist) controllabke by the user. That is the closest you can get to physically drawing or sculpting on a real 3d sculpture. XR just requires the event handling no need for complicated math.

I don’t think you two have compatible communication styles. I think it would be best if you were to stop responding to each other
