Blender.org Account Suspended??

I’ve been building Blender 2.56 BF via svn and have run into a bug in the OBJ importer script. I wanted to submit a bug report at the tracker but when I try to log in I’m greeted with “Account Suspended.”

I had a difficult time creating an account on the tracker. I had to email the admin because several attempts to get a confirmation email failed, so I’m wondering if account problems are a common kind of issue at Blender.org or if it’s just me.

I’ve barely used my account there at all. Is there some sort of non-use auto-suspend policy there, perhaps?

A while back it was discussed that inactive wiki accounts would be removed. I am not sure if they did the same with projects.blender.org accounts.

If you still need your account your best best is to goto the #blendercoders irc channel on irc.freenode.net

And ask Jesterking or Kaito for help.

Thanks for the info, AIBlender. That would be an odd policy for a bug tracker because hopefully we wouldn’t need to report bugs very often. As Blender becomes more and more stable the period between bug reports made by a given individual will grow longer and longer.

My wiki account is still active. I think I registered both accounts at roughly the same time.
