Blender.org website time out

Ok so i posted about this another time and now I’ve got a bit more info.

The network i am on (large campus network includes an animation studio) is not able to access blender.org. Which really sucks cos i cant post bug reports to the developer.blender.org section.

Furthermore there is nothing in the firewall that looks like it would be blocking it. Its timing out as well not instant block. Admin cant find anything!!

So question is there anything about the blender.org website that may be different than other websites that would perhaps cause this to happen with certain settings on the campus wide router?

I suggest you to ask this question at https://devtalk.blender.org/ too as developers are there and might guide you better.

devtalk.blender.org is a blender.org site :slight_smile: cant access it remember :smile:

I ran a traceroute on it it seems the ISP is pushgin the route through a zayo server which is where it stops and times out.
