blender pause and resume sound...

hi i want to create the player walk sound… i have property boolean property walk. so if the property is true i want to play some sound and if it is false i want to pause the sound… not stop but pause… bcs if you start walking you dont want to hear always the same sound… so how can i play and pause some sound with python … with logic bricks it wont work :confused:

I’d suggest getting pygame and using the mixer module which has a pause function. I think it’s been ported to run with python 3. Once installed just import it as you would any other module. Plenty of tutorials out there on how to use it.
