Blender refuses to open

So this morning I was working on a scene and I was getting to rendering and it kept crashing. Now it wont open at all.
I checked a few guides. Powershell said this:
“Suggestion [3,General]: The command blender.exe was not found, but does exist in the current location. Windows PowerShell does not load commands from the current location by default. If you trust this command, instead type: “.\blender.exe”. See “get-help about_Command_Precedence” for more details. PS C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 3.6>”
Some guides said to use the .cmd files below the exe file which I did and it still closed Blender 0.5 seconds afterward. I also disabled my driver and downloaded some other one that some tutorial said worked but it didnt. After that I got annoyed.

When I log onto to my other account on this computer Blender works just fine. So I have no idea why it’s not working on my main.

Ive been trying to fix this issue for hours and now im asking the forum cause to be honest im just stumped.

Have you tried running Blender as admin? Sounds like a permission problem.

Yeah but it still crashes Blender 0.5 seconds after I click on it
