Blender Scripts: HOW!?

Ok, I am admittedly a noob at Blender. How do you add scripts to Blender? How do you use them? I’m clueless.

Put the scripts in your scripts folder. By default this is in wherever blender is/Blender/.blender/scripts (you can move this folder wherever you want, but make sure to tell Blender where you did so in User Preferences Window>File Paths>Python). To use the script, open a Script Window (you can split the 3D window and change one into a Script Window). Then you click the Scripts menu, and there you go.

Note: If you just want to test a script, you can open a Text Window and open the script and press Alt P to run it.
