Blender 'sheerifies' when pointing at menubar

Hi all,
My copy of Blender started acting weird lately. Whenever I point at the <<View, Edit etc>> bar, the whole of Blender gets distorted. Also, the text on the menu, buttons and such are a type of grey, and quite blurry. Does anybody know how to solve this? I do hope this question hasn’t been asked before :stuck_out_tongue:

PS: I’ve recently installed an ATi program, called ATi Catalyst Control Center. In its settings I’ve searched for anything with ‘OpenGl’ but couldn’t find anything. Could some other setting be interfering with Blender?

In the ATI Control Center turn off Anti Aliasing.
