Blender + Substance: Texture with patterns over seams

I’m very new in 3D.

With Blender I did a chair and unwrapped it also in Blender.

There’s a seam on the fabric. If I add a texture in Substance, the texture is on the seam not matching.

That’s in this case not a big problem, but I want to understand what I can do about this.

Using Tri-planar projection didn’t do a great job to elimate the seams.

Using the clone brush will also not help, because of the pattern of the fabric.

Is there a way in Substance to get a transition over the seam?
Or is this an UV issue and I’ve to learn to do better UVs?
