So i went to boot up Blender and suddenly every mouse click or scroll I make is EXTREMELY lagged

Hi, some Windows 10 user report lagging but only with Nvidia GPU.
Do you have two video cards?
Windows update installs a broken Nvidia driver, do clean uninstall and install original driver from Nvidia.
